Whether you want to take a short relaxing trip on a traditional felucca or a long distance overnight adventure trip to Esna or Aswan, we can organize it for you . The Captain and his assistant will be happy to welcome you onboard, "The Queen Janet".
We offer trips from 1 hour to as long as you wish & to where you wish!
​Examples of trips:​
~Sunset or sunrise trip, afternoon swimming trip to a safe beach on the banks of the Nile, upstream trip to Karnak Temple.
~Spend a night in Luxor on a felucca. The captain will moor the boat in a quiet place and you can sleep under the stars and wake to a freshly prepared breakfast.
​You can also combine a meal (breakfast,lunch or dinner) onboard during any trips. You tell us what you would like to eat and it will be delivered to the boat hot & freshly cooked by our trusted partner restaurant.​
If you wish to drink beer or wine on the felucca - no problem.
Either bring your own or please let us know in advance if you want us to buy it for you.
Please note: neither the felucca nor the motorboat has bathroom facilities. That is why, for long distance trips,we have invested in a camping toilet and tent for your comfort and privacy. We also have a sleeping tent for those who prefer to sleep on land. Covers and pillows are provided.

The felucca is moored below the Luxor Temple on the jetty to the right of the wooden bridge. The captain will send you the exact location on Google maps.
The price per hour is 17€ for 1 - 5 people, including a welcome drink. For larger groups please contact us.​

For long distance and overnight trips - Esna/ Edfou / Aswan. please contact us for a quote.
​
Please note: a felucca is a sailing boat and depends completely on the wind. If there is no wind you have the option to cancel at no cost or you can opt to be tugged downstream with our motorboat for a small supplement (to cover the cost of the petrol) and sail back with the current.

Mohamed , our experienced captain , will be happy to welcome you onboard 'The Lady Jane'. Whether it be for a short crossing from the West to the East bank , a transfer to or from your hotel, or a trip to Karnak Temple or down the Nile at sunset, your wish is our command! All bookings are private.

The boat is moored below the Luxor Temple on the jetty to the left of the wooden bridge.
Prices depend on the destination. Like most countries in the world oil prices are increasing all the time, so if you are interested in a long trip/transfer please contact us & we will give you a fixed price.
A transfer from The West or East Bank to the other side currently costs 100EP.
As with the felucca , we can organise lunch or dinner trips.
